Nala collects only what's necessary to plan and book your trips: your account info, preferences, conversations with Nala, and travel documents you choose to store. Documents are encrypted at rest.
What we collect
- Account: email, name, language preference
- Trip data: itineraries, conversations, bookings
- Documents (optional): passports, visas — encrypted
How we use it
To plan trips, contact suppliers (flights/hotels), and send you confirmations. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data anytime from Settings → Account.
