Accounts

You're responsible for your account credentials and the accuracy of traveler info you provide.

Bookings & cancellations

Cancellation policies follow each supplier's terms shown at the time of booking. Nala does not refund non-refundable supplier fees.

Liability

Nala isn't liable for supplier failure to deliver. We recommend travel insurance for every trip.
